Morcheeba nunca recebeu, talvez, tanta aten\u00e7\u00e3o. Apesar disso, a banda londrina seguiu adiante desde 1995, e atualmente pode ser considerada uma das sobreviventes, chegando a sua terceira d\u00e9cada de exist\u00eancia. Em 2014 Paul Godfrey, um dos fundadores da banda junto com seu irm\u00e3o Ross, deixou o Morcheeba, e o grupo ent\u00e3o passou a se resumir ao duo: Skye Edwards (com sua voz imponente) e Ross Godfrey, que faz o devido acompanhamento na guitarra. Desde 2013 sem gravar nada, em \u2018Blaze Away\u2019 o Morcheeba se distancia bem do trip-hop (mas \u2018Never Undo\u2019 e \u2018Mezcal Dream\u2019 ainda carregam um pouco do g\u00eanero). O nono \u00e1lbum se resume bastante \u00e0s influ\u00eancias que o Morcheeba recebeu para construir sua discografia. S\u00e3o diversos os g\u00eaneros estilha\u00e7ados: a m\u00fasica vintage\/Easy listening em \u2018Paris Sur Mer\u2019, onde Skye forma um belo dueto com o compositor franc\u00eas Benjamin Biolay; o Hip-hop certeiro em \u2018Blaze Away\u2019, com mais uma participa\u00e7\u00e3o de peso (Roots Manuva); o Dub hipnotizante de \u2018Love Dub\u2019; e a Soul Music de &#8216;Sweet L.A.&#8217; (com a voz de Skye e um piano apenas, basta isso). Ainda sobra para tentar se aproximar de um folk na faixa \u2018Find Another Way\u2019.
